低环境温度下固定源可凝结颗粒物测试技术改进与应用 被引量:1

Improvement and application of testing technology for condensable particulate matter of stationary source in low temperature environment

摘要 低温环境下,采用现有固定污染源可凝结颗粒物(condensable particulate matter,CPM)测试方法容易出现结冰现象,从而造成CPM测试结果偏低。针对这一问题,本文采取了增设辅热装置、优化伴热管、增设暖风吹扫和优化氮气吹扫装置等改进措施,并对改进前后的测试结果进行了对比和分析。结果表明:改进后的CPM对总颗粒物(totalparticulate matter,TPM)的贡献率由7.3%提高到了51.8%,有效地提高了CPM测试结果的准确性,未高效除尘改造时CPM的占比与可过滤颗粒物(filterable particulate matter,FPM)的相当,高效除尘可提高CPM对TPM的贡献;CPM无机和CPM有机对CPM的贡献率分别为48.8%和51.2%,当烟气中NO_(X)>SO_(2)和SO_(3)达到超低排放后CPM有机对CPM的贡献比提高;在FPM无机水溶性离子中CT质量浓度为75.8%,燃煤锅炉湿法脱硫应重点关注Cl-对脱硫废水的影响;在CPM无机水溶性离子中SO_(4)^(2-)广质量浓度为75.5%,燃煤烟气排放硫氧化物对CPM的贡献较大。测试技术改进可为提高低温环境下固定污染源CPM测试准确性提供参考依据。 In low temperature environment,ice-freezing easily occurs when using the existing fixed pollution source condensable particulate matter(CPM)test method,resulting in lower CPM test reading.To solve this specific problem,a number of improvement measures are taken,such as adding auxiliary heating device,optimizing heat tracing pipe,adding warm air purging and optimizing nitrogen purging device,and the test results before and after the modifications are compared and analyzed.The results show that the contribution rate of CPM to the total particulate matter(TPM)before and after the improvement is increased from 7.3%to 51.8%,which effectively in creases the accuracy of CPM test results.Without high-efficiency dust removal transformation,the contribution rate of CPM is equivalent to that of filterable particulate matter(FPM),and high-efficiency dust removal can improve the contribution of CPM to TPM.The contribution rates of inorganic CPM and organic CPM to the total CPM are 48.8%and 51.2%respectively.When ultra-low emission is reached for NO_(X),SO_(2)and SO_(3)in flue gas,the contribution ratio of organic CPM to the total CPM increases.Among the inorganic water-soluble ions in FPM,the mass concentration of Cl^(-)is dominant(accounting for 75.8%),and the impact of Cl^(-)on desulfurizatio n waste water should be paid attention to in the wet desulfurizatio n of coal-fired boiler.Among the inorganic water-soluble ions in CPM,the mass concentration of SO_(4)^(2-)is dominant(accounting for 75.5%),and the sulfur oxides emitted from coal-fired flue gas con tribute sign ificantly to CPM.The improved test tech nique can provide a reference basis for improving the accuracy of CPM test of fixed pollution sources in low temperature environment.
