摘要
本科生导师制是提升法科学生实践能力的重要抓手,但是此项制度常因我国法学教育的固有弊病、本科生导师制本身定位不清、缺乏适当有效的监督和激励机制、导师教学理念有待改进等问题的制约而无法充分发挥作用。基于此,应该从树立正确的本科生导师制教育理念、加强导师队伍建设、改革法学教育的教学方法、构建有针对性的教育管理制度等方面入手,提高本科生导师制的可操作性,从而实现导师制在提升法学人才实践能力方面的功能。
Undergraduate tutorial system is an important measure to improve the practical ability of students in law science,but this system often cannot play full effects because of the inherent disadvantages of legislature education,the unclear positioning of the tutorial system itself,the lack of appropriate and effective supervision and incentive mechanism and the tutor’s teaching concept to be improved,etc.Based on this,we should start with establishing the correct educational concept of undergraduate tutorial system,strengthening the construction of tutor team,reforming the teaching method of law education and constructing the targeted educational management system,so as to improve the operability of undergraduate tutorial system and realize the function of the tutorial system in improving the practical ability of law-major talents.
