摘要
病毒感染是威胁畜牧业发展的重要因素,其中猪伪狂犬病比较常见,主要是由于病毒感染所致,对猪群的生长发育、生殖功能等造成严重损害,需做好防控措施,病毒分离鉴定明确具体病因,进行针对性的治疗和处理。在病毒检测方面有较多方法,其中以血清学检测最常用,在具体实践过程中需结合实际情况,选择敏感度和特异度高的方法,同时注重操作的简单易行,尽可能在早期迅速发现病毒,从根本上解决病毒感染问题,降低养殖户的经济损失。
Virus infection is an important factor that threatens the development of animal husbandry.Porcine pseudorabies is a common disease,which is mainly caused by virus infection,prevention and control measures should be taken to identify the specific etiology through virus isolation,targeted treatment and treatment.There are many methods in virus detection,among which serological detection is the most commonly used.In practice,it is necessary to select the method with high sensitivity and specificity,and pay attention to the simplicity of operation,as soon as possible in the early detection of the virus,to fundamentally solve the problem of virus infection,reduce the economic losses of farmers.
