摘要 在水库运行中,选择适当的方法来推导水库运行策略是极其重要的。利用遗传算法优化北疆工程水库的运行模式,推导出水库优化运行规律;采用遗传算法模型的适应度函数使月灌溉需求的平方偏差和质量平衡方程的平方偏差最小;决策变量为每月从水库中灌溉的释放量和每月初水库的初始蓄水量;该优化考虑多种情况的约束和限制。研究结果表明,若要灌溉量等于灌溉需求,需要在7月份时达到最小蓄水量,在10月份时达到最大蓄水量,这样既满足了灌溉需求,又减少了全年调度过程中的水量损失。研究结果可为水库调度的实际应用中发挥作用。 In reservoir operation, it is very important to choose the appropriate method to deduce the reservoir operation strategy. In this study, genetic algorithm is used to optimize the operation mode of the reservoir in the Northern Xinjiang project, and the operation law of the reservoir optimal operation is deduced. The fitness function of the genetic algorithm model minimizes the square deviation of monthly irrigation demand and mass balance equation. The decision variables are the monthly release of irrigation from the reservoir and the initial storage of the reservoir at the beginning of each month. The optimization considers constraints and limitations in a variety of cases. The results show that if the irrigation amount is equal to the irrigation demand, the minimum water storage should be reached in July and the maximum water storage should be reached in October, which not only meets the irrigation demand, but also reduces the water loss in the whole year′s dispatching process. These curves are expected to play a role in the practical application of reservoir operation.
