摘要
建立了区域供冷供热系统直埋敷设双管保温厚度优化模型,对某区域供冷供热系统二次管网进行了各管径的保温厚度优化设计,并对管道冷热损失及二次管网全年累积冷热损失进行了分析。结果表明:随着管径的增大,经济最优的保温厚度先增大后减小。管道热损失是管道冷热损失的主要来源,在设计时应尽量考虑采用低温水进行供暖。二次管网供冷季的冷损失远远高于供热季,占二次管网全年冷热损失的85.71%,约为供热季的6倍,主要是由于水泵在供冷、供热季产生不同的正负效应引起的。
An optimization model of insulation thickness optimization model of directly buried double pipe for district cooling and heating system was developed.The insulation thickness of each pipe diameter for the secondary pipe network of a district cooling and heating system was optimized,and the cold and heat loss of the pipeline and the cumulative cold and heat loss of the secondary pipe network throughout the year was analyzed.The result shows that the optimum insulation thickness increases first and then decreases with the increase of the diameter of the pipe.The heat loss of pipeline is the main source of heat and cold loss of pipeline,and the use of low temperature water for heating should be considered as far as possible in the design of the system.The cold loss in the cooling season of the secondary pipe network is much higher than that in the heating season,accounting for 85.71%of the annual cold and heat loss of the secondary pipe network,which is about 6 times of the heating season,mainly due to the different positive and negative effects of the pump in the cooling season and the heating season.
