摘要
目的调查河南省护理人员开展健康科普工作的现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样方法,选取河南省各地二级及以上医院的护理人员作为研究对象,通过问卷星平台采用自行编制的《护理人员开展健康科普的现状调查》表进行问卷调查。结果共纳入2882名调查对象,1300名参与开展健康科普活动,参与率45.09%。不同年龄、文化程度、工作年限、职称、行政职务以及所在医院是否建立科普奖励机制的护理人员参与开展健康科普工作的情况不同(P均<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,职称、行政职务、是否建立科普奖励机制为独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论河南省护理人员开展健康科普工作的比例相对较低,开展健康科普工作仍有较大发展空间。
Objective To investigate the current situation of nurse performance in health science popularization in Henan,and analyze the influencing factors.Methods Using the multi-stage sampling method,a total of 2882 nurses from five cities of Henan were selected as the research objects.The survey for current situation of health science popularization was conducted with the self-designed questionnaire posted on the online platform of Wenjuanxing.Results There were 1300 nurses participating in health science popularization activities among the 2882 nurses surveyed,with a proportion of 45.09%.The proportion of nurses participating in health science popularization among the groups of different age,educational level,working years,professional title,administrative position,and establishing science popularization reward mechanism in the hospitals(yes/no)were different(all P<0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that professional title,administrative position,and whether to establish a health science popularization rewaed mechanism were independent influencing factors(P<0.05).Conclusion The proportion of nurses participating in the health science popularization is low in Henan,and there is still much room for nurse performance in health science popularization.
