摘要
目的 分析护理干预对急性心肌梗死患者生活质量以及心理健康的影响,以提高临床护理效果。方法 选取天津市胸科医院2017年1—12月收治的70例急性心肌梗死患者为本次研究对象,利用硬币法随机将患者分为对照组和研究组,每组各35例。对照组患者接受常规护理,研究组患者接受综合护理,观察两组患者在护理前后的生活质量评分和心理健康评分。结果 两组患者护理前的生活质量评分和心理健康评分,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组患者的生活质量评分为(91.78±8.80)分,心理健康评分为(4.36±1.08)分,均优于对照组的(81.36±8.28)分和(6.78±1.22)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 开展综合护理可以帮助急性心肌梗死患者提升生活质量、改善心理健康的状态,对促进患者康复具有良好效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on quality of life and mental health of patients with acute myocardial infarction,to improve the clinical nursing effect.Methods Seventy patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in Tianjin Chest Hospital from January 2017 to December 2017were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group by coin method,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing and the patients in the study group received comprehensive nursing.The quality of life score and mental health score of the two groups were observed before and after nursing.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of quality of life and mental health before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,the quality of life score of the patients in the study group was(91.78±8.80)points and the mental health score was(4.36±1.08)points,which were both better than those in the control group with(81.36±8.28) points and(6.78±1.22) points,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing could help patients with acute myocardial infarction improve their quality of life and mental health,and had a good effect on promoting the rehabilitation of patients,which was worthy of clinical application.
