高矿化度盐卤水缓蚀剂的制备及应用

摘要 针对长庆油田油房庄油田油井含水率及产出水矿化度增大带来的井筒管柱腐蚀问题,以喹啉和1,4-双(2-氯乙基)苯为原料研制了一种新型的盐卤水缓蚀剂。室内评价结果表明:该缓蚀剂与目标油田的产出水的配伍性良好,缓蚀剂加量(w)0.1%时可将总矿化度为75795.85 mg/L、Cl-质量浓度为51316 mg/L水样的腐蚀速率控制在0.0365 mm/a,远低于油田生产管柱腐蚀防护要求。缓蚀剂加量(w)0.1%和0.3%时可分别满足100℃和150℃条件下的腐蚀防护要求,缓蚀率达到70%以上,且可以显著阻止点蚀现象。现场应用结果表明:采出液中缓蚀剂加量(w)0.1%时,J55钢材的平均腐蚀速率仅为0.001171 mm/a,具有较好的缓蚀效果。 Aiming at the problem of wellbore pipe strings corrosion caused by increasing water centent and salinity of produced water in the Youfangzhuang operation area of Changqing Oilfield,a new type of brine corrosion inhibitor is developed using quinoline and 1,4-bis(2-chloroethyl)benzene as raw materials.The evaluation results show that the corrosion inhibitor has a good compatibility with the produced water of the target oilfield.When the inhibitor dosage(w)is 0.1%,the corrosion rate of the water sample with the total salinity of 75795.85 mg/L and the mass concentration of Cl-of 51316 mg/L can be controlled at 0.0365 mm/a,which is far below the corrosion protection requirements of the production strings of the oilfield.When the inhibitor dosage(w)is 0.1%and 0.3%,it can meet the corrosion protection requirements at 100℃and 150℃respectively,the corrosion inhibition rate can reach more than 70%,and can significantly prevent pitting corrosion.The field application results show that the average corrosion rate of J55 steel is only 0.001171mm/a when the inhibitor dosage(w)in produced liquid is 0.1%,which has good corrosion inhibition effect.
