摘要
为了更好地识别老年人对社区嵌入式养老服务的需求,本研究应用KANO模型将社区老年人对嵌入式养老服务的需求进行属性划分,从而为开展符合丽水特色的社区嵌入式养老模式提供参考。研究基于KANO模型的分析思路,以服务需求调查问卷为工具,便利抽取454名老年人进行问卷调查。结果表明:社区嵌入式养老服务项目的 KANO需求属性分类中魅力属性占16项、期望属性占4项、必备属性占5项,以及无关要素16项。在推行社区嵌入式养老模式的过程中,必备需求的满足应作为首要改进的内容,期望需求是老年人满意度、重要度最高的需求,在满足前两种属性需求的基础上,追求落实魅力需求的满足措施以提升服务对象满意度。
To better identify the service demands for community embedded elderly care, KANO model was applied to analyzing demand attributes to the end of providing reference for the development of community embedded elderly care model in Lishui City. Based on the analysis method of KANO model,454 elderly were selected by convenience for service demand survey. In the KANO requirement attribute classification of community embedded elderly care service items,there were 16 items belonging to charm attribute,4 items belonging to expectation attribute, 5 items belonging to necessity attribute and 16 items belonging to indifferent attribute. While implementing the community embedded elderly care model, meeting the must-be needs is the top priority to be improved, and the expected needs are the most important and satisfactory needs of the elderly. On the basis of meeting the needs of the former two attributes, the implementation of measures to meet the attractive needs can improve the satisfactory level of the elderly.
