摘要
环境污染问题的治理在于建立较为完善的环境管理机制。本次调研主要从环境管理层面,分析现阶段管理机制的不足,进一步探讨建立园区环境整治的长效机制。
In order to thoroughly implement the decisions and plans of promoting ecological civilization construction and strengthening ecological environment protection which are raised by the CPC Central and the State Council,meanwhile,for the sake of promoting the sustainable development of economy and society and firmly establishing the environmental notion as“lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”,environmental supervisions from all levels of government are being carried out vigorously.The very essence of reducing and controlling environmental pollution is to establish a perfect environmental regulatory regime by both national government and local government.This research is to analyse the shortcomings of the present regulatory regime from the aspect of environmental management and to further probe into the theory of establishing a long-term effective mechanism for environmental improvement in park area.
