摘要
本文结合当地生态环境部门对重点、污染源环境执法监测工作模式的情况进行分析,发现存在监督性监测力度不足、监测技术人员业务能力不足、企业主体责任落实不到位等问题,相关部门通过加大对重点、污染源监督性监测工作的重视力度、建设高质量的监测技术人才队伍、企业严格落实自行监测主体责任、科学落实重点污染源日常监督管理等工作,提高了重点污染源环境执法监测的质量。
Based on the analysis of the work mode of environmental law enforcement and monitoring of key pollution sources carried out by local ecological and environmental departments,this paper found that the existing problems include insufficient supervision and monitoring,insufficient professional ability of monitoring technicians,and inadequate implementation of corporate responsibilities.By strengthening to the attention of the emblem of key pollution sources monitoring,building the high quality monitoring technology talented person troop,enterprise strictly implement monitoring main body responsibility,science to cany out the key sources of pollution daily supervision and management and so on,its purpose is to improve the key pollution sources monitoring environmental law enforcement work quality,ensure data true,accurate and traceable.
