摘要 土地资源具有数量有限性、空间位置固定性以及价值增值性等特性。随着国家文明进程的推进,以及城镇化、工业化步伐的加快,部分工业企业在搬迁、倒闭等过程发生后会造成严重的场地土壤污染问题,而土壤污染具有隐蔽滞后性、累积叠加性及不可逆转性,使人们的行动感知能力较弱,无法及时发现并针对土壤污染问题进行修复与优化,导致污染场地的土壤污染问题日益严峻,不仅影响了生态系统动态平衡,甚至威胁人类的健康安全。因此,在绿色生态环保理念持续推进的新时期,本文通过分析土壤污染特征,明确污染场地土壤污染调查现状以及风险评估体系流程,针对污染场地土壤污染调查与风险评估的不足,提出相应对策,以帮助人们正视污染场地土壤污染调查与风险评估工作,实现人与自然、土壤与企业的和谐相处。 Land resources have the characteristics of limited quantity,fixed spatial location and value-added.With the promotion of national civilization and the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization,some industrial enterprises will cause serious site soil pollution problems after the relocation,closure and other processes.However,soil pollution has hidden lag,accumulation and irreversibility,which makes people's action perception weak,and they cannot find and repair and optimize soil pollution problems in time,the problem of soil pollution in polluted sites is becoming increasingly serious,which not only affects the dynamic balance of ecosystem,but also threatens the health and safety of human beings.Therefore,in the concept of green ecological environmental protection continues to advance in the new period,in this article,through analyzing the characteristic of the soil pollution,pollution of clear field of soil pollution investigation and risk assessment process,site soil pollution investigation against pollution and the shortage of risk assessment,put forward the corresponding countermeasure,to help people to face the pollution site soil pollution investigation and risk assessment,to achieve harmony between man and nature,soil and enterprise.
