摘要
近些年,新时期房地产行业在陆续进行改革,房地产行业正迎来新的发展态势。中国十分重视房地产行业的管理创新,正在重点建设持续性发展经济体系,从而推动经济高质量发展。论文着重阐述房地产管理的创新策略。
