摘要
BIM技术属于数字以及信息技术为基础,实现对建筑项目施工前期、中期以及后期协调及管理的新型手段。其凭借着自身的优势,成功受到广泛的关注,现已在中国广泛地运用开来。论文重点结合其基本的概述,分析主要的特征和含义,明确其在大型公共建筑机电安装工程中的应用。
BIM technology is a new method based on digital and information technology to realize the coordination and management of construction projects in the early,middle and later stages.With its own advantages,receives widespread attention successfully,has been widely used in China.This paper focuses on its basic overview,analyzes the main characteristics and meanings,and clarifies its application of BIM technology in mechanical and electrical installation engineering of large public buildings.
