摘要
目的研究数字眼底拍摄同质化培训对眼底图像质量的影响。方法对2019年1—12月参与数字眼底拍摄的16名医技人员进行同质化培训,分析培训对医技人员数字眼底拍摄能力的应用价值。结果接受同质化培训前后,医技人员对数字眼底拍摄知识问卷回答正确率56.25%,93.75%;患者对眼底图像拍摄过程满意率为50.00%,100.00%;医技人员黄斑区拍摄位置达标率86.25%,100.00%;视盘区拍摄位置达标率为82.50%,98.75%;眼底图像黄斑区清晰度为77.50%,97.50%;眼底图像可读范围为81.25%,98.75%;眼底图像可信度为86.25%,98.75%,上述评价指标培训前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同质化培训能有效提高医技人员数字眼底拍摄能力,稳定眼底图像质量,提高医患满意度,为临床眼科诊断提供可靠影像资料。
Objective To study the effect of homogenization training on digital fundus photography.Methods 16 medical technicians participating in digital fundus photography from January to December 2019 were trained in homogenization.To analyze the application value of homogenization training on the ability of digital fundus photography.Results Before and after the homogenization training,the correct rate of medical technicians’answers to the questionnaire of digital fundus photography was 56.25%,93.75%;The satisfaction rate of the patients with the fundus image shooting process was 50.00%,100%;86.25%and 100%of the medical technicians reached the standard in the macular area;The compliance rate of the shooting position in the optic disc area was 82.50%and 98.75%;The resolution of macular area of fundus image was 77.50%,97.50%;The readable range of fundus images was 81.25%and 98.75%;The reliability of fundus images was 86.25%and 98.75%,and the difference of the above evaluation indexes before and after training was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The training of homogenized could effectively improve the ability of digital fundus photographs of medical technicians,stabilize fundus image quality,improve doctor-patient satisfaction,and provide reliable image data for clinical ophthalmology diagnosis.
