摘要
伪基站是电信网络诈骗中常见的信息发送工具。主要以伪基站识别的相关专利申请为研究对象,对其申请量趋势、申请人分布、专利技术分支进行了分析,探究申请人在产业链中的位置与其技术储备和研究重点之间的联系,并对5G网络中伪基站识别的研究和布局给出相应的建议。
Pseudo base stations is the common information transmission tools in telecom fraud.Taking the patent applications related to the identification of pseudo base stations as the research object,this paper analyzes the trend of the number of applications,the distribution of applicants,and the branches of patent technology,explores the relationship between the position of applicants in the industrial chain and their technical reserves and research priorities,and gives suggestions for the research and layout of pseudo base station identification in 5G network.
