摘要
目的:观察富马酸喹硫平片联合阿立哌唑片对精神分裂症患者的治疗效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年5月至2021年2月厦门市仙岳医院收治的精神分裂症患者82例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组给予阿立哌唑片药物治疗,观察组给予富马酸喹硫平片联合阿立哌唑片药物治疗。采用精神分裂症阳性和阴性症状量表(PNASS)比较2组患者的治疗效果,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的改善情况,采用社会功能缺陷量表(SDSS)对2组患者的社会功能缺陷程度进行评价,采用自我效能感量表(GSES)对2组患者的自我效能进行评估;采用健康调查简表(SF-36)对2组患者的生命质量状况进行调查与评估,同时比较2组患者不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组PNASS量表评分、PSQI评分、SDSS均低于对照组,观察组GSES评分、SF-36评分高于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:富马酸喹硫平片联合阿立哌唑片治疗精神分裂症患者可取得较好的效果,不仅能够有效改善患者的睡眠质量,还可以改善患者的社会功能缺陷情况,提高患者的自我效能评价,提高生命质量,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To observe the effect of quetiapine fumarate tablets combined with aripiprazole tablets on the treatment and sleep quality of schizophrenic patients.Methods:A total of 82 schizophrenic patients admitted to Xiamen Xianyue hospital from May 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was given aripiprazole tablets,and the observation group was given quetiapine fumarate tablets combined with aripiprazole tablets.The treatment effect of the 2 groups of patients was compared with the schizophrenia pnass scale,the improvement of the sleep quality of the2 groups of patients was compared with the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),and the Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS)was used to evaluate the degree of social function defects of the 2 groups of patients,General self-efficacy scale(GSES)was used to evaluate the self-efficacy of the two groups of patients;The MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)was used to evaluate the quality of life of the two groups of patients,and the Health Life Questionnaire(SF-36)was used to investigate and evaluate the quality of life between 2groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions of 2 groups of patients was compared.Results:After treatment,the pnass score,PSQI score and SDSS of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The GSEs score and SF-36 score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Quetiapine fumarate tablets combined with aripiprazole tablets can achieve good results in the treatment of schizophrenia.Not only can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,but also improve the social function defects of patients,improve the self-efficacy
