响应面法优化三七红籽油吸附脱色工艺 被引量:1

Optimization of Adsorption Decolorization Technology of Panax notoginseng Red Seed Oil by Response Surface

摘要 以单因素试验为基础结合响应面法,考查白土添加量、加热温度和持续时间对三七红籽油脱色率的影响。结果表明,三七红籽油吸附脱色的最佳工艺条件为白土添加量5%,加热温度82℃,持续时间37 min,在此条件下脱色率为69.58%,与理论脱色率70.05%接近。 In this study,based on single factor and response surface methodology,the effects of the amount of activated clay,decolorization temperature and decolorization time on the decolorization rate of Panax notoginseng red seed oil were investigated.The results showed that the optimal conditions for adsorption decolorization of Panax notoginseng red seed oil were as follows:the amount of activated clay was 5%,the decolorization temperature was 82℃,and the decolorization time was 37 min.Under these conditions,the decolorization rate was 69.58%,which was close to the theoretical decolorization rate of 70.05%.
