摘要
为了探究智能预警监测技术在地下有轨交通深基坑施工中的应用效果,创新性地结合先进智能化传感器、BIM建模技术及无线局域数据网络,构建了用于地下有轨交通深基坑施工的智能预警监测系统,并进行了试应用。结果表明,施工全过程的监测数据基本正常,无对工程安全构成威胁的事件发生。同时,地表沉降量整体随开挖深度增加而增加,最终趋于稳定;支撑轴力在基坑开挖前期呈现增大趋势,在支护结构安装完毕后达到最大值,之后随基坑底板逐渐封闭减少。各深部水平位移在开挖至基坑底部时收敛于0,埋深方向最大水平位移的发生位置从地表下移到埋深3.64 m处。
In order to explore the application effect of intelligent early warning and monitoring technology in the deep foundation pit construction of underground rail transit,the advanced intelligent sensors with BIM modeling technology and wireless local data network are innovatively combined to construct the intelligent early warning and monitoring system.The intelligent early warning and monitoring system for pit construction has been tested and applied.The results show that the monitoring data of the whole construction process is basically normal,and there is no incident posing a threat to the safety of the project.At the same time,the overall surface settlement increases with the excavation depth,and finally tends to be stable;the supporting axial force shows an increasing trend in the early stage of the foundation pit excavation,reaches the maximum value after the installation of supporting structure,and then decreases with the gradual closure of foundation pit bottom plate.The horizontal displacement of each deep part converges to 0 when excavated to the bottom of the foundation pit,and the maximum horizontal displacement in the buried depth direction moves from the surface to the buried depth of 3.64 m.
