垦利A油藏探井测试防砂工艺的探索及应用

摘要 垦利A油藏是渤海典型的浅层砂岩油藏,油层胶结疏松,地层温度低,泥质含量高,原油密度大,黏度高,极易出砂。研究区第一口探井KL-A1井分别采用常规射孔泵抽联作工艺和简易防砂泵抽联作工艺进行测试,均因出砂严重,未能获取稳定产能,导致测试失败。通过研究和总结,优选高速水循环砾石充填防砂工艺,并结合探井DST测试作业特点进行工艺优化,对研究区多口探井测试应用,成功取全取准了地质资料,为油藏评价提供了有效数据。 Kenli A structural reservoir is a typical shallow unconsolidated sandstone reservoir in the Bohai Sea.The reservoir has loose cementation,low formation temperature,high shale content,high crude oil density and high viscosity,which is very easy to produce sand.Well KL-A1,the first exploration well in the structure,was tested by conventional combined test process and simple sand control combined test process.The test failed due to serious sand production and failure to obtain stable production capacity.Through research,the high-speed water circulation gravel packing sand control process is introduced,and the process is optimized in combination with the DST test operation characteristics of exploration wells.In summary,the test application of several exploration wells in the study area has successfully obtained all and accurate geological data,which provides effective data for reservoir evaluation.The test application of several exploration wells in the study area has successfully obtained all and accurate geological data,which provides effective data for reservoir evaluation.
