摘要
针对煤层气集输管线防腐内涂层缺陷检测要求,提出一种基于超声回波幅值的检测方法。该方法利用超声在不同界面传播时的不同特性,得到超声回波的幅值,然后通过幅值差和波高差来判断涂层的破损程度和破损面积大小。结果表明,管道壁面-内涂层界面、管道壁面-天然气界面超声波都随着反射次数的增加而不断衰减,且在第5次时回波幅值差最大,由此可通过第5次的回波幅值判断煤层气集输管道内涂层的腐蚀程度和腐蚀面积大小。同时试验也探讨了不同破损直径下内涂层的腐蚀程度检测。
Considering the requirements of defect detection of inner anticorrosive coating for the coalbed methane gathering pipeline,a detection method based on ultrasonic echo amplitude was proposed,which has characteristics of ultrasonic propagation in different interfaces adopted to obtain amplitude of the ultrasonic echo and then has the amplitude difference and wave height difference based to determine both damage degree and size of the coating.The results show that,the ultrasonic wave of the pipeline wall(inner coating)and pipeline wall(natural gas interface)becomes attenuated continuously with the increase of reflection times and it becomes the largest at the fifth echo,thus,both corrosion degree and size of the coalbed methane pipeline’s inner coating can be judged by the fifth echo amplitude.In addition,the corrosion degree of inner coating at different damage diameters was also discussed.
