摘要
脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(FMEE)具有良好的生物降解性和优良的抗硬水能力,低泡沫易漂洗,与醇醚类非离子表面活性剂有很好协同互补作用。以十六碳脂肪酸酯与环氧乙烷为原料,在不同类型的催化剂作用下采用一步法直接合成FMEE,对催化剂诱导期、产品转化率、多聚醇与二噁烷含量和平均分子量进行考察,确定了四氯化锡是脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物合成有效的催化剂,以四氯化锡为催化剂在160℃得到转化率70%的FMEE。
Fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylates(FMEE)have properties of good biodegradation,excellent tolerance to hard water,low foaming and easy to rinse.FMEE has good synergistic effects with alcohol polyoxyethylene ether.FMEE was synthesized from long chain(C_(16))fatty acid ester and oxirane by one-step method in the presence of several different types of catalysts.The induction of catalyst,conversion,average molecular weight,content of dioxane and poly alcohols were investigated.The optimum catalyst stannic chloride for the synthesis of FMEE was determined.The FMEE conversion of 70%can be obtained by using SnCl_(4) as catalyst at 160℃.
