不同提取方法下黄穿生制剂对鸡大肠杆菌的体外抑菌作用 被引量:3

In Vitro Antibacterial Activity of Huangchuansheng Preparations with Different Extraction Methods on Escherichia coli from Chicken

摘要 为了探索不同提取方法制得的中药制剂的体外抑菌效果,本试验对黄芪、穿心莲、生姜3味中药采用煎煮法、超声波+煎煮法、索氏提取法3种提取方法制成黄穿生制剂,并检测其对鸡源性大肠杆菌的体外抑菌效果。结果显示,采用3种方法制得的黄穿生制剂在纸片扩散法中取得的结果经统计学分析存在显著性差异(P<0.05);在管碟法中获得煎煮法提取的黄穿生制剂对O1、O137等型大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)均为1 g/mL,超声波+煎煮法提取的黄穿生制剂对O1、O137等型大肠杆菌的最小杀菌浓度(MBC)均为1 g/mL、MIC均为0.5 g/mL,索氏提取法提取的黄穿生制剂对O1、O137等型大肠杆菌的MBC均为0.5 g/mL、MIC均为0.25 g/mL。试验结果表明,黄穿生制剂对鸡源性大肠杆菌有一定的抑制作用,为中药制剂防治鸡致病性大肠杆菌病提供理论依据。 In order to explore the in vitro antibacterial activity of traditional Chinese medicine preparations prepared by different extraction methods,Huangchuansheng preparation was prepared by decoction method,ultrasonic+decoction method and Soxhlet extraction method for three kinds of traditional Chinese medicine Astragalus membranaceus,Andrographis paniculata and Zingiber officinale Roscoe,and its antibacterial activity on chicken Escherichia coli in vitro was detected.The results showed different Huangchuansheng preparations displayed significant variations in antibacterial activity in the disc diffusion method(P<0.05).In the tube-dish test,the decoction preparation had minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of 1 g/mL against E.coli O1,O137;the ultrasonic+decoction preparation had minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)of 1 g/mL and MIC of 0.5 g/mL against E.coli O1,O137;the Soxhlet extraction preparation had MIC of 0.5 g/mL and MBC of 0.25 g/mL against E.coli O1,O137.Thus,Huangchuansheng preparations demonstrate certain inhibitory activity on chicken-borne E.coli,and offer an alternative approach for the treatment and prevention of E.coli from chicken.
