摘要
中国企业环境战略生态在逻辑层面存在根源性差异,如何实现环境战略逻辑融合优化进而提升企业绿色创新绩效的现实问题亟待解决。该研究以长三角及珠三角工业经济带A股上市制造企业为研究样本,建立“供应链压力-战略柔性-管理者环境认知”分析框架并构建“绿色创新细胞模型”,结合NCA和fsQCA方法,运用动态视角探究中国企业环境战略生态与绿色创新绩效的复杂因果关系及演进逻辑。研究发现:①近年来中国企业环境战略生态中“反应”与“前瞻”的逻辑权衡混合使得环境战略边界融合,双元混合主导型逐渐呈现出对绿色创新促进性更强、适用性更广的战略优势。②供应链压力中环境规制与竞争压力对绿色创新的正向驱动作用呈减弱趋势,而以市场压力为主导的单一驱动力的有效性正逐步凸显。③战略柔性与管理者环境认知之间存在协同效应,二者互补形成的绿色创新内在驱动力可近似替代外部供应链压力对企业绿色创新的促进作用,但若二者无法协调甚至相矛盾则会对绿色创新绩效提升产生抑制作用。文章引入时序fsQCA方法,探究环境战略要素的多元组态对于企业绿色创新绩效的动态驱动作用。
At present,there are fundamental differences in terms of the logic of the corporate environmental strategic ecosystem of Chinese enterprises.The practical problem of how to realize the logical integration and optimization of environmental strategies and improve the performance of corporate green innovation needs to be solved urgently.Taking A-share listed manufacturing enterprises in the industrial economic belt of the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta as research samples,this study established an integrated analysis framework of‘Supply chain pressure⁃Strategic flexibility⁃Environmental awareness of manager’(SSE),and constructed a‘green innovation cell model.’Using the NCA and fsQCA methods,it explored the complex causal relationship and evolution logic between the environmental strategic ecosystem and green innovation performance in Chinese enterprises from a dynamic perspective.The research found that:①In recent years,the logical trade-off between‘response’and‘forward-looking’in the environmental strategic ecosystem of Chinese enterprises was making the boundary of responsive and forward-looking environmental strategies integrate,and the dual hybrid dominant environmental strategic ecosystem gradually presented a strategic advantage of stronger promotion and wider applicability to green innovation.②In the supply chain pressure,the positive driving effect of environmental regulations and competitive pressure on green innovation was weakening,while the effectiveness of a single driving force dominated by market pressure was gradually becoming prominent.③There was a synergistic effect between strategic flexibility and Environmental awareness of manager.The internal driving force of green innovation formed by the complementarity of the two could approximately replace the promotion of external supply chain pressure on enterprise green innovation,but if the two could not be coordinated or could even become contradictory,they would inhibit the improvement of green innovation perfo
