摘要
目的检索、整理及汇总腹部手术患者早期离床的相关证据,为腹部手术患者早期离床提供循证依据。方法系统检索英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所、苏格兰院际指南网、BMJ最佳临床实践、UpToDate、JBI图书馆、Cochrane图书馆、PubMed、中国知网、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库中,关于腹部手术患者早期离床相关的临床决策、推荐实践、指南、证据总结、专家共识及系统评价,进行方法学质量评价后,根据主题对证据进行提取与整合。结果本研究共纳入16篇文献,包括指南9篇,临床实践指南1篇,证据总结1篇,专家共识1篇,系统评价2篇,前瞻性研究1篇,RCT 1篇,包括术前宣教、评估、计划、实施、评价5个方面,共37条证据。结论本研究总结的腹部术后早期活动的最佳证据,为临床护士的护理实践提供了循证依据,并可基于循证依据实施临床护理,提高护理质量。
Objective To search,organize,and summarize the relevant evidence of early bed separation of abdominal surgery patients,and provide evidence-based basis for early bed separation of abdominal surgery patients.Methods National Institute of Health and Clinical Excellence,Scottish Inter-Hospital Guidelines,BMJ Best Clinical Practice,UpToDate,JBI Library,Cochrane Library,PubMed,CNKI,Wanfang,and Chinese Biomedical literature database were systematically searched,and clinical decisions,recommended practice,guidelines,evidence summary,expert consensus,and systematic evaluation related to early bed removal of patients undergoing abdominal surgery were conducted.After methodological quality evaluation,evidence was extracted and integrated according to the theme.Results A total of 16 documents were included in this study,including 9 guidelines,1 clinical practice guide,1 evidence summary,1 expert consensus,2 systematic evaluation,1 prospective study,and 1 RCT,with a total of 37 evidences including 5 aspects of preoperative education,evaluation,planning,implementation,and evaluation.Conclusion This study summarizes the best evidence of early postoperative abdominal activity,provides evidence-based basis for the nursing practice of clinical nurses,and implements clinical care based on evidence-based basis to improve nursing quality.
