摘要
2000年开始,孙子文化产业先后纳入《山东省2000—2020旅游发展规划》《山东省文化产业发展专项规划》《山东省国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划发展纲要》等省级规划,从而为孙子文化产品和产业确立市场主体地位、谋求有序发展,提供了重要保证。本文对省级规划中关于孙子文化发展的演进脉络进行了梳理和分析,根据各个省级规划,结合滨州孙子文化产业中的支撑条件和政策环境对比分析,有针对性地提出了滨州孙子文化产业发展的路径与对策建议。
Since 2000,Sun Zi’s cultural industry has been included in 2000-2020 Tourism Development Plan of Shandong Province,Special Plan for Cultural Industry Development of Shandong Province,and The Twelfth Five-Year Plan Development Outline of National Economic and Social Development of Shandong Province.This provides an important guarantee for Sun Zi’s cultural products and industries to establish a dominant market position and seek orderly development.This paper sorts out and analyzes the evolution of Sun Zi’s cultural development in the provincial planning.According to various provincial plans,combined with the comparative analysis of the supporting conditions and policy environment in Sun Zi’s cultural industry in Binzhou,it puts forward the development paths and countermeasures concerning Sun Zi’s cultural industry in a targeted manner in Binzhou.
