摘要
为探究强化混凝在污水深度处理中的处理效果,以长春市东南污水处理厂二沉池出水为研究对象,研究了不同程度强化混凝对污染物去除效果的影响及混凝特性。结果表明,PACl和PACS最佳投加量分别为30 mg/L和50 mg/L时,浊度去除率分别为74.87%、95.52%;随着投加量的增加,两种混凝剂对TP的去除率逐步上升,最高去除率分别达到了90.61%和85.45%;投加粉末活性炭(PAC)后,相比于混凝剂的单独混凝,对有机污染物的去除效率有了明显的提升,UV_(254)的平均去除率达到了68.57%;Zeta电位表明,PAC的投加不会影响混凝剂的水解聚合过程,PACl相比于PACS拥有更强的电荷中和能力,而形态研究表明,PACS由于SO^(2-)_(4)的引入,拥有更高的聚合度,吸附架桥和卷扫网捕作用得到了加强。
Taking the effluent of secondary sedimentation tank of urban sewage treatment plant in Changchun City as the research object,the removal effect and coagulation characteristics of different coagulants on different pollutants were studied.The results show that when the optimal dosages of PACl is 30 mg/L and PACS is 50 mg/L,the turbidity removal rates are 74.87%and 95.52%,respectively.The two coagulants show the excellent TP removal ability,with the highest removal rates reaching 90.61%and 85.45%,respectively.Compared with coagulation alone,adding powdered activated carbon(PAC)can effectively improve the removal efficiency of organic pollutants,and the average removal rate of UV_(254) reached 68.57%.Zeta potential show that the addition of PAC did not affect the hydrolysis and polymerization process of coagulant.PACl has stronger charge neutralization ability than PACS.Morphological studies show that PACS has a higher degree of polymerization due to the introduction of sulfate ions,and the adsorption bridging and sweeping network capture are strengthened.
