摘要
国家在“十四五规划”布局新型基础设施战略中,以新发展理念为引领,以技术创新为驱动,以信息网络为基础,面向发电生产高质量发展。为适应我国电力体制改革,推动能源革命,对智慧水电厂的概念和内容进行了阐述,从智慧生产、智慧控制、智慧管理和智慧经营4个方面对智慧水电厂做出解释。智慧电厂的建设对提高企业价值和创造能力,对水电厂向智慧化发展具有重要意义。
The national“fourteenth five-year plan”layouts new infrastructure strategy,which puts the new development concept as the guide,and technological innovation as the drive,with information network as the basis,resulting in the high-quality development of electronic power generation.In adapt the Reform of Electric Power System in China and promote the energy revolution,in this paper the concept and content of smart hydropower plant are expounded,and the smart hydropower plant is explained from four aspects of smart production,smart control,smart management and smart operation.The construction of smart hydropower plant is of great significance to improve the enterprises,ability of creating value and to provide the possibility for hydropower plants to be the intelligent development.
