摘要
介绍了大型预应力L形垂直反力墙的矫正工作及经验教训,详细讨论了一些仪器的适用性,如表面光度仪、水位压力计和基于激光的工具等,提出了一种确定垂直墙面不合格程度的新方法,然后使用微混凝土重新铺平垂直墙,以达到所需的平整度。结果发现,旋转激光工具最适合于垂直墙面缺陷的识别,并且使用所提的新施工方法有助于达到预期的平整度。
This paper introduces the correction work and lessons of a large prestressed,L-shaped vertical RC wall.The applicability of the some of the instrument are discussed in detail,such as profilometers,water level manometers,and laser-based tools.Then this paper puts forward a new method to determine degree of non-compliancce and then resurfacing of the vertical wall to achieve the required flatness by using the micro concrete.It was found that the rotating laser tool is the most suitable for defect identification of the vertical wall and the proposed new construction method helped to achieve the required flatness.
