摘要
为了评价助磨剂对铁尾矿的助磨效果及铁尾矿粉制备胶结充填材料的可行性,采用BET、水化热、SEM等试验手段表征了铁尾矿助磨效果和铁尾矿粉-硅酸盐水泥体系的水化性能.结果表明:三乙醇胺(TEA)和三异丙醇胺(TIPA)均能细化铁尾矿,增大铁尾矿粉比表面积,而掺入TIPA铁尾矿粉颗粒更细,比表面积也更大.但由于TIPA会引入一定量的有害孔,引气作用带来的负面作用大于颗粒细化活性提高的正面作用,因此在相同粉磨时间下掺入TEA胶砂的抗压强度大于掺入TIPA的抗压强度.另外,掺入TEA体系的水化放热量大于未掺助磨剂体系和掺入TIPA体系的水化放热量.在适当的TEA掺量和研磨时间下,铁尾矿粉的7 d活性指数为74%,最大活性指数可达到76%.研究表明,TEA不仅可以促进水泥水化,也可以激发出铁尾矿粉的活性.
To evaluate the influence of grinding aid on the grinding effect of iron tailings and the feasibility of preparing cemented filling material from iron tailings powder, BET(Brunauer, Emmett, Teller’s test), heat of hydration, and SEM(scanning electron microscope) tests were used to characterize the grinding aid effect of iron tailings and the hydration properties of the iron tailings powder-silicate cement system. The results show that both triethanolamine(TEA) and triisopropanolamine(TIPA) can refine iron tailings and increase the specific surface area of iron tailings powder, while the particles of iron tailings powder mixed with TIPA are finer and the specific surface area is larger. However, since TIPA introduces a certain number of harmful pores, the negative effect of air entrainment is greater than the positive effect of particle refinement leading to the improvement of activity. Therefore, the compressive strength of mortar mixed with TEA is greater than that mixed with TIPA at the same grinding time. In addition, the hydration heat release of the system with TEA is greater than that of the system without grinding aid and the system with TIPA. With proper TEA content and grinding time, the 7 d activity index of iron tailings powder is 74%, and the maximum activity index can reach 76%. This study shows that TEA can promote cement hydration and stimulate the activity of iron tailings powder.
