摘要
目的探讨卵巢囊肿并慢性盆腔疼痛患者应用腹腔镜手术联合康妇炎胶囊治疗的效果及安全性。方法40例卵巢囊肿并慢性盆腔疼痛患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组应用腹腔镜手术联合康妇炎胶囊治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、术后不同时间视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3、6个月观察组患者VAS评分分别为(1.99±0.82)、(1.88±0.99)分,均低于对照组的(2.65±0.66)、(2.54±0.85)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率20.00%低于对照组的60.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卵巢囊肿并慢性盆腔疼痛患者应用腹腔镜手术联合康妇炎胶囊治疗的效果显著,不仅缓解了患者的疼痛,同时降低了患者并发症发生率,具有临床推广和应用价值。
Objective To discuss the effect and safety of laparoscopic surgery combined with Kangfuyan capsule on patients with ovarian cysts and chronic pelvic pain.Methods A total of 40 patients with ovarian cysts and chronic pelvic pain were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery,while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery combined with Kangfuyan capsule.The therapeutic effect,visual analogue scale(VAS)score at different time points after surgery and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 95.00%in the observation group was higher than 70.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after surgery,the VAS scores of the observation group were(1.99±0.82)and(1.88±0.99)points,which were lower than(2.65±0.66)and(2.54±0.85)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications 20.00%in the observation group was lower than 60.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with Kangfuyan capsule has significant effect on patients with ovarian cysts and chronic pelvic pain.It can not only relieve the pain of patients,but also reduce the incidence of complications in patients,which contains clinical promotion and application value.
