摘要
目的探析高频超声对膝关节损伤的诊断价值。方法90例膝关节损伤患者,按照住院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组患者采用CT诊断,观察组患者采用高频超声诊断。比较两组患者膝关节损伤检出情况。结果观察组患者检出髌骨骨折10例,胫骨骨折8例,韧带损伤6例,其他11例,总检出率为77.78%;对照组患者检出髌骨骨折7例,胫骨骨折9例,韧带损伤2例,其他6例,总检出率为53.33%。观察组患者膝关节损伤总检出率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将高频超声用于膝关节损伤的诊断中检出率高,可在临床实践中给予推广。
Objective To discuss and analyze the diagnostic value of high-frequency ultrasound in knee joint injury.Methods A total of 90 patients with knee joint injury were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of hospitalization,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were diagnosed by CT,and patients in the observation group were diagnosed by high-frequency ultrasound.The detection of knee joint injury was compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,10 cases of patella fracture,8 cases of tibial fracture,6 cases of ligament injury and 11 other cases were detected,with a total detection rate of 77.78%;in the control group,7 cases of patella fracture,9 cases of tibia fracture,2 cases of ligament injury and 6 other cases were detected,with a total detection rate of 53.33%.The total detection rate of knee joint injury in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of knee injury has a high detection rate and can be promoted in clinical practice.
