摘要
作为兴国强国、服务国家经济社会高质量发展的“战略重器”,高等教育必须率先实现创新发展.“四新”建设是高等教育高质量发展的战略布局,新文科作为其中关键一招,旨在推动文科教育创新发展,构建以育人、育才为中心的哲学社会科学发展新格局,培养知中国、爱中国、堪当民族复兴大任的新时代文科人才,形成哲学社会科学中国学派,创造光耀时代的中华文化.2020年11月3日,全国新文科建设工作会议在山东大学召开,会议发布了«新文科建设宣言»,对新文科建设作出全面部署,描绘了新文科建设的“施工图”,标志着新文科建设进入全面启动的新阶段.全国各地各高校各教指委回应新要求、担当新使命,聚焦文科教育高质量发展,育新机、谋新篇、开新局,开始了从概念到体系、从理念到行动的新文科建设探索,走出了一条中国特色的文科教育发展之路,开创了新文科建设的崭新局面.
As a“strategic way”to reinvigorate the country and serve the country’s high-quality economic and social development,higher education must take the lead in achieving innovative development.The development of“new engineering,medicine,agriculture,humanity and social sciences”is a strategic plan for the high-quality development of higher education,wherein new humanities and social sciences,as one of the key initiatives,aims to promote the innovative development of humanity and social sciences education,build a new development pattern of philosophy and social sciences centered on talent cultivation,cultivating talent in humanity and social sciences in the new era who know and love China and are capable of undertaking the great task of national rejuvenation,and further forming a Chinese school of philosophy and social sciences to create a brilliant Chinese culture that shines in the current era.On November 3,2020,the National Conference on the Development of new humanities and social sciences was held at Shandong University,which released the Declaration on the Development of new humanities and social sciences,made a comprehensive plan for the development of new humanities and social sciences,and depicted a detailed“construction plan”accordingly,which marked a new phase of the development of new humanities and social sciences.The teaching steering committees of colleges and universities across the country have responded to new requirements and undertaken new missions,focusing on the highquality development.By cultivating new opportunities,plotting new chapters and forming new patterns,they have begun to explore the development of new humanities and social sciences from idea to system,and then to action,and have opened up apath of development of humanity and social sciences education with Chinese characteristics,making new progress in the development of new humanities and social sciences.
