摘要
文章通过收集相关政策文件与文献,以项目形式对国内精神障碍患者救治救助工作现状进行梳理,从财政来源、对象、形式3个层面分析我国救治救助现存问题并提出相应对策,为进一步完善我国严重精神障碍患者救助策略提供依据。
This paper mainly by collecting relevant policy documents and literature,to sort out the present work situation of treatment and rescue for domestic patients with mental disorders in the form of projects.It analyzes the existing problems from three aspects of financial source,object and form of treatment and rescue in China and puts forward relevant countermeasures,in order to provide basis for further improving the countermeasures of treatment and rescue for patients with severe mental disorders.
