摘要
为了研究侧方基坑开挖对盾构隧道的影响,保证已有盾构隧道的运营安全,以福州市某基坑为背景,开展了搅拌桩加固结合分层分段开挖对侧下方盾构隧道影响的研究。通过有限元软件Midas GTS对施工过程进行模拟,结合现场监测对施工过程中的顶部沉降、水平收敛、水平位移等进行了数据分析。结果表明:单侧基坑开挖卸载将引起周边地层扰动,扰动区由近及远逐渐环绕近接盾构隧道,开挖过程中盾构隧道整体位移指向基坑方向,同时伴随有隧道结构断面的扭曲变形;采用搅拌桩加固结合分层分段开挖能够一定程度上控制对地层的扰动程度,使盾构隧道变形满足限值要求,说明了施工方法的合理性,可供类似工程借鉴和参考。
In order to study the influence of lateral excavation on the shield tunnel and ensure the safety of the existing shield tunnel, a study on the influence of a pile foundation reinforcement combined with layered section excavation on the side shield tunnel was carried out with a foundation pit in Fuzhou as the background. The construction process was simulated by the finite element software Midas GTS, and the top settlement, horizontal convergence and horizontal displacement of the construction process were analyzed with the field monitoring. The results show that excavation of one-sided foundation pit will cause disturbance of the surrounding stratum, and the disturbance zone will gradually surround the shield tunnel from near to far.During the excavation process, the overall displacement of the shield tunnel points to the direction of the foundation pit, and the distortion of the tunnel structure section appear;the use of mixing pile reinforcement combined with layered section excavation can control the degree of disturbance to the formation to a certain extent, so that the deformation of the shield tunnel meets the limit requirements, indicating the rationality of the construction method, which can be used for reference by similar projects.
