摘要
随着全民旅游的持续升温,在旅游视角下探索乡村住宅的更新路径不仅是实现乡村产业升级的现实需要,也是打开乡村发展新格局的重要举措。然而,由于当地政府与村民的认知偏差,我国新农村住宅普遍存在盲目开发的现象——完全沿用“社会主义新农村建设”引导下的空间环境发展民宿。简易粗放的住宅直接作为民宿便陷入了经营模式不适宜、空间组织不合理、乡土情怀缺失等发展困境。在此背景下,选取具有典型代表性的吉日嘎郎图嘎查(村)住宅为研究对象,对其开发现状展开深入的实地考察,在分析现有问题的基础上尝试提出适宜更新的开发新策略,以期为乡村旅游视角下新农村住宅的合理开发提供思路。
As national tourism continues to heat up,exploring the renewal path of rural residential houses from the perspective of tourism is not only a realistic need to achieve rural industrial upgrading,but also an important measure to open up a new pattern of rural development.However,due to the cognitive deviation between the local government and the villagers,the blind development of civil housing in China’s new rural areas is widespread.The simple,extensive and declining residential houses make the corresponding homestays fall into the development dilemma of inappropriate business model,unreasonable spatial organization and lack of local feelings.In this context,this paper selected the typical Jirigaltu village housing as the research object,carried out an in-depth field investigation of its development status,and on the basis of analyzing the existing problems,tried to put forward appropriate and updated development strategies,in order to provide ideas for the rational development of new rural housing from the perspective of rural tourism.
