摘要
文章利用历史的、国际的和区域的数据揭示中间投入率变化的一般规律及我国区域产业结构的演化特征。从世界范围来看,中间投入率与经济发展水平之间呈现先升后降的“倒U”型关系;从全国层面来看,我国全社会中间投入率出现转折性变化趋势。2010年之前制造业内部结构升级是引起全社会中间投入率上升的主要原因,而2010年之后部门间的产业结构升级的加快(尤其是第三产业增加值占国内生产总值比重的快速上升)导致了全社会中间投入率开始下降。各省份的资源禀赋不同,所处的工业化阶段不同,可根据各省份中间投入率变化趋势的差异分类采取措施,加快推进各自产业转型升级的进程。
This paper uses historical,international and regional data to reveal the general law of the change of intermediate input rate and the evolution characteristics of China’s regional industrial structure.From a global perspective,the relationship between the intermediate input rate and the level of economic development presents an“inverted U-shaped”relationship;from a national perspective,the intermediate input rate of the whole society in China shows a turning trend.Before 2010,the upgrading of the internal structure of the manufacturing industry is the main reason for the rise of the intermediate input rate of the whole society.After 2010,the acceleration of the upgrading of the industrial structure among departments(especially the rapid rise of the proportion of the added value of the tertiary industry in the GDP)leads to the decline of the intermediate input rate of the whole society.Each province has different resource endowments and different stages of industrialization,so we can take measures according to the differences in the change trend of intermediate input rate in each province to accelerate the process of industrial transformation and upgrading.
