摘要
对老年癌症患者支持性照护需求内容、干预方式现状进行综述,并针对研究现状对未来老年癌症患者支持性照护需求相关研究提出建议。旨在提高临床医护人员对老年癌症患者群体的关注,为临床医护人员早期识别老年癌症患者需求、开展针对性适老化的护理干预提供依据,进而提高老年癌症患者的生活质量。
This paper reviewed the current status of the content,and intervention modalities of supportive care needs of elderly cancer patients,and made suggestions for further research.The aim of this paper is to raise the awareness of clinical staff to the supportive care needs of elderly cancer patients.It is expected to provide a basis for early identification of care needs of elderly cancer patients,and provideeffective nursing care interventionsin order to enhancee the quality of life of elderly cancer patients.
