摘要
克兰费尔特综合征(KS)是由于遗传来自父或(和)母方的一条或多条额外X染色体所致,是男性最常见的性染色体异常疾病。现报道2例KS合并糖尿病患者,结合文献复习,探讨KS合并糖尿病的原因、特点及治疗选择。以期为临床医师认识和治疗KS提供依据,改善KS患者的生活质量。
Klinefelter syndrome(KS)is due to the one or more extra X chromosomes inherited from the father or(and)the mother and is the most common sex chromosome abnormality disorder in males.Two cases of KS with diabetes mellitus were reported in this study.Meanwhile,the causes,characteristics and treatment options of KS combined with diabetes mellitus were discussed by the literature review to provide a basis for improving clinician understanding and treatment of KS by clinicians and improve the quality of life of KS patients.
