摘要 半柔性复合混凝土设计参数(抗压回弹模量和动态模量)是进行路面结构设计的重要参数之一。首先在室内成型两种大孔隙沥青混合料SFAC-13和SFAC-16;然后提出半柔性复合混凝土室内灌浆方法,试件切割后的断面表明,其灌浆效果良好;接着利用DTS-30,测得半柔性复合混凝土的抗压回弹模量和动态模量参数。通过与SMA-13设计参数相对比,结果表明,试验温度为15℃和20℃时,半柔性复合混凝土的回弹模量和动态模量要比SMA-13大近50%~60%;试验温度为50℃时,半柔性复合混凝土回弹模量比SMA-13大近70%,动态模量比SMA-13大150%。说明半柔性复合混凝土比SMA-13具有更强的承载能力。 The design parameters of semi flexible composite concrete(compressive resilience modulus and dynamic modulus)are one of the important parameters for pavement structure design.First,two kinds of macroporous asphalt mixtures SFAC-13and SFAC-16are prepared,and then the semi flexible composite concrete indoor grouting method is put forward.The section of the specimen after cutting shows that the grouting effect is good.Then the compression resilience modulus and dynamic modulus parameters of the semi flexible composite concrete are measured with DTS-30.By comparing with the design parameters of SMA-13,the results show that the resilience modulus and dynamic modulus of semi flexible composite concrete are nearly 50%~60%larger than that of SMA-13when the test temperature is 15and 20℃.When the test temperature is 50℃,the resilience modulus and dynamic modulus of semi flexible composite concrete are nearly 70%larger than that of SMA-13and 150%larger than that of SMA-13,respectively,which indicate that semi flexible composite concrete has stronger bearing capacity than SMA-13.
