Basic Characteristics and Disaster Reduction Suggestions of Cluster Debris Flow in Wudu,Gansu in August 2020

摘要 2020年8月,甘肃省陇南市武都区在强降雨诱发下暴发群发性泥石流灾害,对武都人民生命财产安全造成严重威胁。通过现场调查、遥感解译技术等研究手段,对武都区内14条典型泥石流沟的基本特征、20余条沟道的53个受灾对象进行详细调查和统计分析。分析总结出:(1)泥石流具有时间和空间群发性、运动持续性、灾害链式性、类型单一性、致灾方式和受灾对象的多样性;(2)3种致灾方式即淤埋、冲刷和冲击,不同受灾对象的主要致灾方式,致灾方式与泥石流运动方向的关系;(3)基于泥石流冲刷作用的弯道路基横向冲刷深度表达式,泥石流冲击冲刷耦合作用对桥梁稳定性的影响。基于统计分析结果,从道路选线及保护、提高防护工程使用寿命、民用建筑物选址及保护等方面提出了武都区泥石流灾害治理建议。 In August 2020,a mass debris flow disaster occurred in Wudu District,Longnan City,Gansu Province due to heavy rainfall,posing a serious threat to the safety of people’s lives and property in Wudu.In the paper a detailed investigation and statistical analysis on the basic characteristics of 14 typical debris flow ditches and 53 disaster-affected objects in more than 20 gullies in Wudu District are conducted by means of field investigation and remote sensing interpretation technology.It is concluded after analysis that:(1) debris flows are featured with temporal and spatial clustering,continuous movement,disaster chain,single type,and diversity of disaster-causing methods and objects;(2) three types of disaster-causing methods are:silting,scour and collision,the main disaster-causing methods of different disaster-affected objects,the relationship between the disaster-causing method and the direction of debris flow movement;(3) the expression of lateral scour depth of curved roadbed based on debris flow scour,influence of debris flow impact-scour coupling on bridge stability.Based on the results of statistical analysis,some suggestions on the management of debris flow disasters in Wudu District are put forward from the aspects of road alignment and protection,improving the service life of protection projects,and site selection and protection of civil buildings.
