摘要
随着城市轨道交通线网规模的高速扩张,原有维修力量被稀释,新员工技术经验沉淀不足,如何保障故障修的处置效能,成为轨道人面对的重要课题。文章通过故障现象、故障原因、故障维修方法的结构化梳理和研究,建立一套适配城市轨道交通企业的故障修编码体系。这套体系能对故障提报、维修提供智能化指导,促进维保知识的传承,提升故障维修效率和准确率,并为智慧维保奠定了高可用的编码基础。
With the rapid expansion of the scale of urban rail transit network,the original maintenance force has been diluted,and the technical experience of new employees is insufficient.How to ensure the disposal efficiency of corrective maintenance has become an important topics faced by rail personnel.This paper establishes a set of corrective maintenance coding system suitable for urban rail transit enterprises through the structured combing and research of fault phenomena,fault causes and fault maintenance methods.This system can provide intelligent guidance for fault reporting and maintenance,promote the inheritance of maintenance knowledge,improve the efficiency and accuracy of fault maintenance,and lay a highly available coding foundation for intelligent maintenance.
