药物性瞳孔扩张对白内障手术患者人工晶状体度数计算的影响

摘要 目的探讨散瞳对光学生物计量法测量的眼部参数及人工晶状体度数计算的影响。方法选取2021年12月13日至19日德州京德眼科医院收治的27例白内障患者作为研究对象。在无散瞳和散瞳情况下分别进行光学生物测量仪检查,记录眼轴长度(AL)、前房深度(ACD)、角膜前表面曲率。分别使用SRK/T和Haigis公式计算散瞳前和散瞳后的后房型人工晶体(IOL)度数。结果散瞳前的ACD低于散瞳后ACD值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。散瞳前和散瞳后的AL比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。散瞳前和散瞳后的平坦K(FK)、陡峭K(SK)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。散瞳前和散瞳后的SRK/T公式、Haigis公式计算的IOL值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论药物性散瞳对SRK/T公式和Haigis公式计算后房型IOL的屈光度值的无明显影响,但其显著影响光学生物测量法测量的眼内ACD值。 Objective To investigate the effect of mydriasis on ocular parameters measured by optical biometrics and intraocular lens power calculation.Methods A total of 27 cataract patients admitted to Jingde Eye Hospital of Texas from December 13 to 19,2021 were selected as the research objects.Optical biometry was performed without mydriasis and mydriasis,axial length(AL),anterior chamber depth(ACD)and anterior corneal surface curvature were recorded.The posterior chamber intraocular lens(IOL)degrees before and after mydriasis were calculated by SRK/T and Haigis formulas respectively.Results The ACD before mydriasis was lower than that after mydriasis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in AL before and after mydriasis(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in flat K(FK)and steep K(SK)between pre-and post-mydriasis(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in IOL values calculated by SRK/T formula and Haigis formula between pre-and post-mydriasis(P>0.05).Conclusion Drug-induced mydriasis has no significant effect on the diopter value of posterior chamber IOL calculated by SRK/T formula and Haigis formula,but it significantly affects the intraocular ACD value measured by optical biometric method.
