摘要
Guided by the New Security Concept,the Global Security Initiative takes the indivisibility of security as an important principle,and aims at the long-term goal of building a security community.The Initiative not only serves as a systemic answer to the pressing question of our time,namely“what security concepts the world needs and how to achieve common security among countries,”but also provides an entirely new practical solution for fostering a new security architecture in the neighborhood region plagued by numerous security problems.
