摘要
目的 利用Meta分析方法对心内科护理管理中开展精细化管理应用效果进行评价分析。方法 检索并选取1989—2020年国内公开发表的关于国内心内科护理管理中开展精细化管理应用效果的随机对照试验文献,筛选符合纳入标准的试验进行研究,采用Review Manager 5.3.1软件统计并分析相关数据。结果共有11项研究符合纳入标准。与未实施精细化管理的对照组相比,开展精细化管理后对服务满意的患者人数的比数比(OR)合并值为14.90(95%可信区间为7.80~28.46)。护理不良事件的OR合并值为0.14(95%可信区间为0.06~0.31)。护理有效率的OR合并值为12.61(95%可信区间为5.58~28.49)。结论Meta分析结果显示,心内科护理管理中开展精细化管理应用效果显著,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To evaluate and analyze the application effect of refined management in nursing management of cardiology department by using Meta-analysis method.Methods The randomized controlled trials published in China from 1989 to 2020 about the application effect of refined management in nursing management of cardiology department were searched and selected,and the trials that met the inclusion criteria were selected for research.The relevant data were analyzed by Review Manager 5.3.1 software.Results A total of 11 studies met the inclusion criteria.Compared with the control group without refined management,the combined odds ratio(OR) of number of patients with satisfaction after refined management was 14.90(95%CI:7.80-28.46).The pooled OR of nursing adverse events was 0.14(95%CI:0.06-0.31).The pooled OR of nursing efficiency was12.61(95%CI:5.58-28.49).Conclusion The results of Metaanalysis show that the application effect of refined management in nursing management of cardiology department is significant,which is worthy of clinical application.
