摘要
随着车载以太网的广泛应用,由车载中央网关中以太网模块引起的EMC问题逐渐严重。文章针对RGMII信号在125 MHz频点能量过强导致的整车RE超标的问题,分析引起RE超标问题的根本原因,使用ANSYS电磁仿真软件,仿真分析RGMII信号传输质量。对比多种RGMII接口电路参数对应的远场辐射干扰场强,找到既满足RGMII通信质量要求又能有效抑制125 MHz频点的电路参数,并通过零部件级RE测试验证优化结果,最终为整车RE测试中125 MHz频点留出了更大裕量。
With the extensive application of vehicle Ethernet,the EMC problem caused by Ethernet module in vehicular central gateway is becoming more and more serious.In this paper,aiming at the problem that the RGMII signal energy is too strong at the 125 MHz frequency point,which leads to the vehicle RE exceeding the standard,the root cause of RE exceeding the EMC standard is analyzed,and ANSYS electromagnetic simulation software is used to simulate the transmission quality of RGMII signal.By contrasting the far-field radiated interference field strength corresponding to a variety of RGMII interface circuit parameters,the circuit parameters are found which can meet the RGMII communication quality and effectively suppress the 125 MHz frequency point.The optimization result is verified by component level RE test,and finally a larger margin is reserved for 125 MHz frequency point in the RE test of the whole vehicle.
