摘要
目的识别豆科植物甘草(Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.)(俗称“乌拉尔甘草”)与光果甘草(Glycyrrhiza glabraL.)的差异性化学成分,为甘草质量评价提供参考。方法采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱(UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS)法对乌拉尔甘草及光果甘草化学成分进行检测,结合数据分析软件,以主成分分析(PCA)及正交偏最小二乘法分析(OPLS-DA)对采集的数据进行分析,找出乌拉尔甘草及光果甘草的差异性化合物。采用超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱(UHPLC-TQ-MS/MS)法进一步验证差异性化合物的准确性。结果确定了光甘草定、新甘草苷、光甘草酚等11个化合物是乌拉尔甘草及光果甘草的差异性化学成分。结论乌拉尔甘草与光果甘草部分化学成分存在明显差异,这些差异性化学成分对甘草质量标准制定具有借鉴意义。
Objective To identify the differential chemical compounds of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.and Glycyrrhiza glabra L.,so as to provide reference for quality evaluation of licorice.Methods Ultra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS)technology was used to detect the composition of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.and Glycyrrhiza glabra L..Using data analysis software,principal component analysis(PCA)and orthogonal partial least squares analysis(OPLS-DA)were conducted to analyze the collected data in order to reveal the difference in compounds between Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.and Glycyrrhiza glabra L..Ultra performance liquid chromatography triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(UHPLC-TQMS/MS)was conducted to further verify the accuracy of detection of the differential compounds.Results Eleven compounds such as glabridin,neoliquiritin and glabrol were identified as the differential chemical components of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.and Glycyrrhiza glabra L..Conclusion There are obvious differences in some chemical compounds between Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.and Glycyrrhiza glabra L.,which can be used for reference in the formulation of quality standards for licorice.
