摘要
全球共同应对突发公共卫生事件期间,卫生技术评估(health technology assessment,HTA)作为基于循证研判下产生的辅助决策分析工具,为相关决策者提供了科学合理的卫生技术信息和循证决策依据。各国借助HTA工具将循证证据进行整理分析从而形成相关指南,用于指导突发公共卫生事件防控及临床实践。在本次突发公共卫生事件期间借助HTA工具为终末期肾病患者优化了医疗卫生服务管理模式。同时,建议在突发公共卫生事件防控常态化管理时期,应持续借助HTA工具对在此期间所采取的措施等进行科学评估,助力医疗卫生体系的优化配置及结构调整,进而促进医疗服务高质量发展。
In dealing with public health emergency issues arisen all over the world,health technology assessment provides scientific and reasonable health technology information and evidence-based decision-making basis for relevant decision-makers as an evidence-based auxiliary decision-making analysis tool.Countries used health technology assessment(HTA)tools to collect and analyze evidence-based evidence to make guidelines on public health emergencies to guide epidemic prevention and control and clinical practice.During this public health emergency,our center has been making efforts on optimizing the medical and health service management model for patients with end-stage renal disease by using the HTA tool.It is suggested to continually adopt HTA tools to make scientific assessment during routinization,to help optimize the allocation and structural adjustment of health system,and then promote the high-quality development of medical services afterwards.
