摘要
智能传播时代下网络舆论传播内容涵盖政治、经济、文化、生态、道德伦理、价值追求等方面,新兴的网络文化以其恰如其分的现代性、去中心化性、竞争性、复杂多元性等特性,正逐步影响主流意识形态的价值导向功能,网络空间意识形态易陷入“失智”困境,表现为信息茧房下的意识形态囚徒困境、群际冲突、隐蔽性价值渗透等。打破“失智”困境,就需要实现传播主体从大众到智众的转变,突破核心技术,将社会主义核心价值观融入其中,完善网络舆论监管体制,加强网络空间道德规范建设,尽可能在保障网络意识形态安全的基础上最大限度发挥网络舆论场的最大效应,维护网络意识形态安全。
In the era of intelligent communication, the content of online public opinion dissemination covers such fields as politics, economy, culture, ecology, morality and ethics, value pursuits, etc, forming a new network culture with its appropriate features as modernity, decentralization, competitiveness, complexity, and diversity, which are gradually eliminating the value-oriented function of mainstream ideology. Cyberspace ideology is easy to fall into the dilemma of “dementia”, which is manifested in such aspects as ideological prisoner’s dilemma within the information cocoon, inter-group conflicts, and hidden value penetration. To break the dilemma of “dementia”, it is necessary to realize the transformation of the main body of communication from the masses to the intellectuals, to break through the core technology, to integrate the core socialist values into it, to improve the network public opinion supervision system, to strengthen the construction of cyberspace ethics, to protect the network as much as possible, and to maximize the effect of the online public opinion field, so as to maintain the security of online ideology.
