摘要
聚丙烯(PP)熔喷布具有优异的过滤性能,可用作口罩等医疗防护用品。为扩展PP熔喷布在医疗防护领域的应用,PP熔喷布需具有抗菌性能。文章对PP熔喷布的生产工艺、PP熔喷布抗菌性能的研究现状以及PP熔喷布的复合方式进行综述。研究表明:一步法工艺生产的PP熔喷布的抗菌性能更符合防护领域的实际应用需求。将PP熔喷布与常见抗菌剂复合,均具有优良的抗菌能力。对于PP熔喷布与抗菌剂的不同复合方式,可根据最终产品的实际需要,灵活选择复合方式。
Polypropylene(PP) melt-blown cloth has excellent filtration performance and can be used as medical protective equipment such as masks.In order to expand the application of PP melt-blown fabrics in the field of medical protection,PP melt-blown fabrics need to have antibacterial properties.The production process of PP melt-blown fabric,the research status of antibacterial properties of PP melt-blown fabric and the composite methods of PP melt-blown fabric are reviewed.The research shows that the antibacterial properties of PP melt-blown fabric produced by one-step process are more in line with the practical application requirements in the field of protection.PP melt-blown fabric has excellent antibacterial ability when combined with common antibacterial agents.For different compounding methods of PP meltblown fabric and antibacterial agent,the compounding method can be flexibly selected according to the actual needs of the final product.
